She has managed teams large and small from retail day-to-day, to global retail innovation projects. She is a business development strategist and seasoned project manager with a strong record of managing multi stakeholder projects, intersecting operational and business units.
KELLY HARKIN
Retail Excellence
An American in Paris, Kelly’s specialty is finding ways to creatively communicate, from designing and delivering bespoke trainings to conception of unique storytelling methods. She is a leader skilled at relationship building and collaborative working. With experience ranging from on-the-floor retail all the way to global HQ, a strategic and operational mind enables her to be innovative in connecting brand to client on every level.
ERWAN LHERMITTE
Retail IT
Erwan has supported many brands in the construction of an international retail network. The key, in his eyes, is a strong structural foundation. With this, he successfully accompanies global brands in the choice and implementation of retail IT solutions and has managed various retail IT projects for emerging names and big groups. His knowledge of IT ecosystems is transversal and allows him to find the most adapted solutions for specific challenges.
